נולד בבוגופול (רוסיה) בשנת תר"א (1841). לאביו שניאור זלמן גלוזגל. קבל חנוך מסורתי וכללי.
היה סוחר בעירו.
בראשית שנת תרנ"א (1891) עלה לארץ והיה ממניחי היסוד של המושבה חדרה וממתישביו.
מהגולה הביא עמו ספר תורה עבור בית הכנסת שעתיד היה להבנות במושבה.
היה מטובי חלוציה של המושבה. הרופא יעץ לו לעזוב לזמן מה את המקום, היות והקרחת הצהובה השפיעה על בריאותו. לא הסכים להרחיק מהמקום גם את אשתו וששת ילדיו. באנו לבנות את הארץ והקדחת לא תפריע לנו.
ובאותה שנה תקפתהו קדחת קשה, הביאוהו לבית החולים בזכרון יעקב, ושם נפטר ביום ד' אלול תרנ"א (סוף 1891).
אחרי מותו חלתה גם אשתו שהמשיכה במשק, הועברה לבית החולים ביפו, ושם נפטרה, גם חמשת ילדיו נפטרו במושבה מקדחת הצהובה, נשארה רק בת אחת שעזבה את הארץ.

נולד בניו-יורק (ארצות הברית), כ"ג תמוז תר"ס (20.7.1900).
לאביו לואיס איזנר ולאמו פאולין לבית רייניץ. קבל חנוך כללי. בשנת 1921 גמר את האוניברסיטה של ניו-יורק וקבל תואר ל.ל.ב. בתור מנהל חשבונות של ניו-יורק וקבל תואר ב.ס. ובשנת 1924 קבל ל.ל.ב. בתור מנהל חשבונות מוסמך.
נשא לאשה את הלן בת לואיס ומרים הנו. Eisner, Joseph, sertified public account,20 ant, was born in New York City, July 1900, son of Louis and Pauline )Reinitz( Eisner. His father came to this country from Hungary in 1885 and settled in New York City where he was a merchant. After receiving his preliminary education at public schools in his native city, Joseph Eisner was graduated B. S. at New York University in 1921 he worked for Perly Moss and during 1921-23 for Klein Hinds & Finke, both accounting firms in New York City. In 1923 he and Joseph I. Lubin founded the firm of Eisner & Lubin, cer tified public accountants of New York City. He remained a partner in the firm until 500the close of his life. With capital of $ and desk space in an office that housed varied types of business, the partners had from three to five clients and annuel fees of about $ 1,500 the first year. By 1928 the partners enlarged their office space and increased their staff. In 1932 they moved to larger quarters, by then having twenty assistants. By the time of Mr Eisner's death, the firm had an annual income in excess of $ 1,000,000 and employed some 110 persons. He was a director and vice-president of New York State Society of C. P.
