חבר הסתדרות הרופאים בישראל. יחד עם ד"ר מ. בורוכוב , מנהלים "מכון למחלות אלרגיות וכלי הנשימה" בתל-אביב.
חבר נבחר באיגוד הבין-לאומי לאלרגולוגיה.
כתב מדעי של החברה האיטלקית למחלות אלרגיות.
בשנת 1956 הירצה בקונגרס הבין-לאומי לרפואה פנימית במדריד והיה (1959) מרצה ראשי בקונגרס למחלות אלרגיות בגרמניה.

לאה מילנר
נולדה בעיירה לרגין ברוסיה, ט"ו ניסן, תרס"ד (1904). לאביה עקיבא קסלמן (רב ומורה) ולאמה בתיה בת פסח קסלמן (בורסקאי).
למדה בחדר יחד עם אחיה. את אהבתה לציונות רכשה מאביה שהיה חובב-ציון נלהב. בגיל 17 נשלחה על ידי אביה לארץ ישראל, למרות היותה בת יחידה, במגמה שהיא תכשיר את הקרקע לעליית כל המשפחה. לא זכה להגשים משאת נפשו, כי המוות קטפו בלא עת.
כחלוצה עבדה בסלילת כבישים, היתה בין קבוצת הבחורות שעבדו בהכנת החצץ לכבישים ולסלילת רחוב אלנבי בתל-אביב. בעבודה זו המשיכה קרוב לשנתיים.
